Library seeks renewal of levy in Upper district The Upper Sandusky Community Library has a 1.4-mill renewal levy on the ballot Nov. 6. The levy is a renewal for property owners in the Upper Sandusky Exempted Village School District and is not a new tax. USCL Director Kathleen Whitt has been making the rounds to discuss the levy and what it funds, most recently speaking Wednesday at the town hall and Thursday afternoon at the Wyandot County Council on Aging. My family utilized its transportation services for medical care.
