Train derailment detours traffic on Ohio 53 south of McCutchenville McCUTCHENVILLE — Traffic is closed indefinitely on Ohio 53 just south of CH 16 after a train derailed Monday night. The Wyandot County Sheriff’s report states that deputies responded at approximately 8:38 p.m. after an eastbound train engine 6315 operated by crew number 712 from the Wheeling Lake Erie Railroad Company derailed when one of the axles broke on the train. Findlay man hurt in motorcycle accident A Findlay man was life-flighted following a single-vehicle motorcycle accident south of Upper Sandusky on Monday evening. The Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reports that Glenn Miller, 59, of rural Findlay, was traveling northbound on Ohio 67 when his 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle left the roadway into a ditch.
