FOREST — The Forest-Jackson Public Library will host an essential oil information exchange at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Attendees are invited to bring their own recipes, share their experiences and learn about the benefits of essential oils.

The 2016 Upper Sandusky High School yearbooks are ready to be picked up at the high school during regular office hours. The person who ordered the book must pick it up unless the school is informed by the purchaser who else is allowed to pick it up.

COLUMBUS — A new website has been set up by the Ohio Supreme Court as a resource for voters. The one-stop shop repository of information called Judicial Votes Count includes profiles of judicial candidates running for election Nov. 8, according to information from the high court.

BUCYRUS — While trains were coming and going on the Toledo and Ohio Central railroad tracks the weekend of Sept. 24-25, visitors came to view artistic flower designs and horticulture entries that were part of the “All Aboard” flower show staged in the station depot.

The Wyandot Tracers chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society will host its annual pioneer dinner at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at We Luv Yogurt. The dinner will include recognition of members who have proven their ancestors were in Wyandot County by 1850 (gold pioneers) or 1860 (silver pioneers).

SYCAMORE — The Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sycamore’s Mohawk Historical Society Museum. Lunch will be T-N-T Pizza.

CAREY — The Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, Carey, will host special Masses in October. A Mass for hope and healing is slated for 7 p.m. Oct. 14.

SYCAMORE — The Honey Creek Preservation Jazz Band will return to the Pitman-Stoner Auditorium at the historic Melmore Town Hall at 7 p.m. Oct. 20 as part of a grand reopening. A new furnace and air conditioning units have been installed at the 1910 Eden Town Hall, which has been purchased by the Mohawk Historical Society.
