Household water well program now available

FREMONT — Ohio rural homeowners who need to repair or construct new wells may be eligible for a low-interest loan through the household water well program. Administered by the Rural Community Assistance Program, the well program offers a loan of as much as $11,000 for water-well construction or repairs.
