OMEA District II Honors Band & Choir Festival

Heidelberg University announces fall semester dean’s list TIFFIN — More than 350 Heidelberg University students who have excelled in the classroom have been named to the fall semester dean’s list, according to Provost Dr. Beth Schwartz.

Kindergarten screening set at Riverdale

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale Local Schools will conduct its annual kindergarten screening March 30 in the kindergarten classrooms at Riverdale Elementary School. Parents who have children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1 are asked to call the elementary office at 419-694-2211, ext. 1113, beginning Feb. 6.

HEAP program continues

The Home Energy Assistance Program Winter Crisis Program continues through March 31 or as long as funds remain available. The Winter Crisis Program was created to provide financial assistance, one time per heating season, to income eligible households who are threatened with disconnection of their heating source, have service already disconnected, need to establish new service or transfer service or have less than a 25 percent supply of bulk fuel.
