Abused, neglected children need advocates

FREMONT — Court Appointed Special Advocates of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties is looking for citizens in the community to advocate for abused, neglected and dependent children. In order to become a CASA volunteer, an application must be completed, as well as a background check and 30 hours of training.

The following report was prepared and submitted by the Wyandot County Humane Society on Monday and is correct as of that date. Pets reported as missing since the last report that have not been found include a black and white male pit bull-Husky, a tiger and white female cat, a tri-colored female beagle, a blue tick female beagle, a blue and white long-haired spotted heeler-collie, a yellow male cat, a female black and grey Irish wolfhound, a white female pit bull, and a tan female pit bull.

Bucyrus UMC to host Ash Wednesday worship service
