Be careful on the roads

This week, millions of Americans will be out on the roads, headed toward big bargains, food-filled family get-togethers, and in Ohio, the big game. Thanksgiving weekend, which runs from 6 p.m. Wednesday through 5:59 a.m. Monday, is one of the busiest travel periods of the year.

Lowe-Volk closed Thursday

BUCYRUS — The Lowe-Volk Park Nature Center will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. The nature center will be open for visitors from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 12-4 p.m. Sunday.

Pets reported as missing since the last report that have not been found include a male tiger cat, a female yellow and white cat, a neutered male white and tiger cat, a neutered male yellow cat, a white female cat that is deaf, a neutered male black pit bull and a neutered male white with red ears cat.
