Master Gardner volunteer training available KENTON — The Allen County and Hardin County Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener volunteers will partner to host a Master Gardener volunteer training course for new Master Gardener volunteers this spring. The OSU Extension Master Gardener volunteer program provides intensive training in horticulture to interested Ohio residents who then volunteer their time assisting with educational programs and activities for residents through their local OSU Extension county office. Patrol has increase in drug arrests in ’17 BUCYRUS — Troopers are trained to look beyond the initial traffic stop for possible indicators of criminal activity.
