Tiffin St., Bascom, where sandwiches and snacks will be provided after.

Carey resident performs in fall recital FINDLAY — Jack Yeater of Carey recently performed in a fall instrumental recital at the University of Findlay. Yeater performed “Sonata” by Corelli/McMillan on the marimba.

New patient beds are needed at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, and they are the priority project for the Wyandot Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Annual Campaign. “Our patients have complained about difficulty resting and sleeping on the current beds and mattresses,” reported Tammy Jeffrey, the hospital’s assistant vice president of nursing services.

MARION — This holiday season, the United Ways in Crawford, Marion and Wyandot counties invite their communities to join the #Give2 challenge. A collaborative effort between the three organizations, the #Give2 challenge encourages individuals to make a donation to their local United Way equal to just two hours of their pay.
