Cycling Savvy course being offered March 7 The Ohio Bicycle Federation will sponsor Cycling Savvy courses to Ohio cycling clubs and advocacy groups, including a free Truth and Techniques of Traffic Cycling class at 5:30 p.m. March 7 at the Upper Sandusky EMS building.
