Shawshank historical markers placed Upper Sandusky gained a pair of historical markers Wednesday in recognition of the city’s contributions to the movie, “The Shawshank Redemption,” which debuted 24 years ago in 1994. The festivities began at the Wyandot County Courthouse, where a crowd was welcomed to the third floor courtroom where Andy Dufresne was famously found guilty of double homicide in the film. Read More
