COLUMBUS — Martha L. Bogart, of Groveport, died peacefully Tuesday, June 9, 2015. She was 89.

Carol A. Mooney, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of rural Nevada, died at 7:40 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2015 Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care. She was 91.

BUCYRUS — Thomas E. Clark, of Nevada, died Monday, June 8, 2015 unexpectedly of natural causes at his residence. He was 56.

Mary E. Jaqueth, of Upper Sandusky, died at 1:20 p.m. Friday, June 5, 2015 at Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care. She was 101.
