Upper Halloween parade slated Posted on October 26, 2016 0 The Upper Sandusky Halloween parade will step off at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and take the same route as in previous years. According to a representative of the Upper Sandusky American Legion, which sponsors the parade, area residents and groups are invited to line up outside the Upper Sandusky Community Library at 6 p.m. The parade will go southbound on North Sandusky Avenue, turn west onto West Wyandot Avenue and north onto North Seventh Street before ending at the Upper Sandusky Fire Department.
