SYCAMORE — Mohawk will host Fostoria St. Wendelin in a Division IV boys basketball sectional semifinal game at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Riverdale. Pre-sale tickets will be available beginning Feb. 21.

Upper Sandusky girls fastpitch softball sign-ups will be held next week for girls in kindergarten through eighth grade. Times are 5:30-7 p.m. Monday and Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Feb. 25 at the Upper Sandusky Fire Department.

SYCAMORE — The Mohawk girls basketball game against Upper Scioto Valley will be varsity only and will begin at 6:30 tonight at Mohawk.

Upper Sandusky High School will host a spring sports parent meetings at 7 p.m. Feb. 27. Parents of all spring sports athletes are expected to attend.

The Upper Sandusky High School girls basketball team will play the winner of Norwalk and Clear Fork in the sectional final of the girls basketball tournament at 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at Monroeville High School. Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students.

Upper Sandusky capped off an undefeated season in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play with a resounding 50-26 victory against Colonel Crawford on Tuesday night. The Rams shot 63.3 percent while holding the Eagles to 31.4 percent shooting to win big on senior night, which was concluded with a celebration of the team’s first league championship in four years.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale lost to Bluffton, 24-23, and defeated Tiffin Calvert, 36-12, in a slate of wrestling matches Tuesday evening. Liberty-Benton also wrestled Calvert and Bluffton.

FREMONT — Mohawk topped Fremont St. Joseph, 57-42, in a non-league boys basketball game Tuesday. The Warriors (6-14) led 18-11 after one quarter, 26-17 at halftime and 35-27 at the end of the third quarter before scoring 22 points in the final frame to put away the game.
