Jacob Beaschler, 11, of rural Nevada, competed in the subregional qualifier of the 2015 Drive, Chip and Putt competition at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin last Saturday. He received a gold medal for first place in the putting competition.

Upper improves to 3-0 on year

After a pair of victories by one match, the Upper Sandusky girls tennis team earned a sweep of River Valley to remain undefeated Friday. Though they earned a sweep, the Rams (3-0) did not win most of their matches easily.

USHS seeks line caretaker

Upper Sandusky High School is searching for an athletic field line caretaker for the 2016-17 school year. The person is responsible for lining USHS and Upper Sandusky Middle School athletic fields.

Upper sports passes on sale

Upper Sandusky High School is selling a variety of sports passes for the upcoming school year in the athletic office. All-sport passes allow admission into all USHS and middle school home athletic events (excluding tournaments) for the 2015-16 school year.
