Fredritz, Upper Sandusky, was cited for a seatbelt violation and warned for speed at the intersection of South Warpole and Johnson streets the afternoon of May 24. A woman in the 200 block of South Fourth Street reported that a vehicle had not moved in several days the afternoon of May 24.
