Officers were dispatched to Domino’s the early morning of April 13 in regards to an intoxicated male that had fallen asleep in the store. The man was medically cleared by Wyandot Memorial Hospital and was transported to the Wyandot County Jail until he could secure a ride home.

A deputy performed a standby on the 400 block of South Goodbread Street in Nevada for a Nevada man to remove personal items from a residence the afternoon of April 18. Items were removed without incident. A deputy performed a standby on the 300 block of South Pemberton Street in Sycamore the afternoon of April 18.

William T. McMahon, Carey, was arrested on a warrant for charges of aggravated burglary, abduction and disrupting a public service by the Carey police the evening of April 11 and transported to the Wyandot County Jail. Amber R. Schaade, Tiffin, was arrested on a warrant on indictment by the Wyandot County Grand Jury and charged with involuntary manslaughter and corrupting another with drugs the afternoon of April 15.

Justin R. Martin, Nevada, was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated and failure to control an animal, and Larry D. Noggle, Nevada, was cited for disorderly conduct following a fight on the 300 block of North Garrett Street in Nevada the night of April 11. Dean H. Hoffman, Taylor, Michigan, was transported from Detroit to the Wyandot County Jail on a bench warrant for failure to comply the morning of April 12.

A Zanesville man was traveling southbound on U.S. 23 near TH 98 when he struck a deer in the roadway, causing functional damage the afternoon of April 7. A caller reported a dirt bike doing wheelies at a high rate of speed on TH 10 the evening of April 7.

Jason Friesen, Comber, Ontario, Canada, was cited for speed (50/35) on East Wyandot Avenue near Rabestos Drive the morning of April 1. An officer assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a K-9 search on U.S. 23 southbound near the U.S. 30 exit the morning of April 1.

A deputy performed a welfare check on a man walking on CH 330 near CH 128 the early morning of April 7. The man said he was walking to Mansfield. The deputy gave the man a ride to the Crawford County line.

A deputy performed a welfare check on a horse on the 15000 block of TH 103 the afternoon of March 25. The horse looked fine and had enough water and food supply, but the deputy asked that it have better bedding. The owner agreed to improve the bedding.

Cody J. Sigler, Nevada, was arrested on a warrant out of Upper Sandusky Municipal Court the afternoon of March 23. An Upper Sandusky man reported his neighbors smoking marijuana on the 200 block of Richardson Drive the afternoon of March 23.

An officer was flagged down by a vehicle on the 11000 block of Reservoir Road the early morning of March 20. The occupants asked about the legality of night fishing at the old reservoir and fishing licenses were presented. Officers performed a funeral escort on the 200 block of East Wyandot Avenue the morning of March 20.
