FOREST — Ray E. Musgrave, of Forest, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was 80. He was born June 10, 1939, in Forest to the late Herman and Martha Ellen (Dible) Musgrave. He married Margret Launder and they later divorced.
