Frank Ross Jr., of Upper Sandusky, died at 12:10 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2021, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. He was 84. Arrangements are pending with Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. 

FOREST — Carol Sue (Quail) Stephan, died April 29, 2021, in Kenton. She was 77. A funeral service is 1 p.m. Monday at Clark Shields Funeral Home with the Rev. Justin McCall officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mary Etta Fizer, of Tiffin, and formerly of Upper Sandusky, died April 16, 2021, at St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima. She was 75.
