Jacob E. McDaniel, Upper Sandusky, was cited for failure to yield after a crash in Crane Township the morning of March 10. McDaniel was eastbound on CH 47 when he pulled into the path of a northbound vehicle driven by Christopher L. Payne, Marietta, on Ohio 199.

Upper Sandusky Police Department Jeremy A. Clary, Upper Sandusky, was cited for driving under suspension on South Seventh Street the night of March 7.

Deputies searched a residence in the 1400 block of Ohio 231, Nevada, the afternoon of March 13 after a woman reported coming home and hearing footsteps upstairs. An intruder was not found.

Michala D. Williams, New Riegel, was cited for failure to yield after a crash at the intersection of TH 124 and CH 44 the afternoon of March 5. Wyandot County Emergency Medical Services transported Williams, her 2-year-old passenger and the other juvenile motorist to Wyandot Memorial Hospital.

Robert E. O’Reilly, Blountsville, Alabama, was warned for an illegal turn in the 100 block of West Wyandot Avenue early the morning of March 3. An officer responded to Upper Sandusky High School in regards to unwanted text messages between two juvenile girls the afternoon of March 3.

Felisha A. Williams, Willard, was indicted the morning of March 1 at Huron County Jail and transported to Wyandot County for burglary and trespassing in a habitation. Dennis R. McKinley II, Patterson, was returned to Lebanon Correctional Institution, Lebanon; and Caleb B. Baas, Lancaster, was transported to Correctional Reception Center, Orient, the morning of March 2 to begin an 11-month prison sentence after being found guilty in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance.

Upper Sandusky Police Department Officers responded to a 911 call for a possible overdose in the 200 block of South Seventh Street early the morning of Feb. 25.

The K-9 unit assisted the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop on U.S. 23 at the southbound rest area early the morning of Feb. 20.

A McCutchenville woman came on station the morning of Feb. 20 wishing to file a theft charge, as her deceased father’s gun was taken by his former girlfriend. It was determined to be a civil matter.

An Upper Sandusky Exempted Village Schools bus driver reported a passing a stopped school bus violation on North Sandusky Avenue early the morning of Feb. 15. The license plate number given provided no positive identification results.
