An Upper Sandusky woman reported a dead deer in her yard at the 400 block of Raybestos Drive the morning of Aug. 22. The street department was contacted to remove the deer.

Christopher J. Vanatta, Findlay, was cited for failure to move or slow down for an emergency vehicle at U.S. 23/30 and East Wyandot Avenue the early morning of Aug. 21. Leah L. Brugman, Upper Sandusky, was cited for driving under suspension at the 1000 block of North Warpole Street the morning of Aug. 21.

Shawn P. Cain, Bucyrus, was cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia after a Nevada woman requested a welfare check for him early the morning of July 29.

Dylan A. Arnold, Mount Blanchard, was cited for failure to control after a crash on Ohio 53 at CH 83, Jackson Township, the morning of July 18. He was traveling westbound in a 2003 Ford F-Series truck behind a freightliner driven by Ricky D. Dudte, Ashland, when he struck the freightliner as it was turning onto CH 83.

An officer reported hearing possible gunshots or fireworks on Shields Drive the evening of Aug. 2. Officers patrolled the area but did not hear anymore noises.

An officer assisted Wyandot County Emergency Medical Services at the 900 block of East Wyandot Avenue the early morning of Aug. 7 in reference to a child with burns from spilled tea. There was no evidence the incident was intentional.

An officer did a welfare check on a resident at the 100 block of Westbrook Drive the morning of July 27 after a medical alarm was set off. Upon arrival, everything was determined to be OK. The alarm had been set off accidentally.

Krystal K. Mason, Harpster, was struck by a deer while travelling south on Ohio 294 in Antrim Township the night of July 14.

A deputy responded to a 911 call following a physical altercation between two men in the 3300 block of CH 16, Sycamore, the morning of July 24. Witnesses gave conflicting reports about who initiated the altercation.

Rodriquez R. Jenkins, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, was transported to the Crawford County Jail the afternoon of July 19. Kirk A. Conn, Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a warrant on indictment the morning of July 20.
