Wynford BOE member ready to pass the torch BUCYRUS — Rhonda Rowland bleeds Wynford Royal Blue, and that’s not likely to change, even after she steps down from her role on the Wynford Local School District Board of Education when her term ends this year. Rowland joked that many find it hard to believe she is a 1984 Bucyrus High School graduate, not to mention was named homecoming queen, because of her love for Wynford.
