Officials OK 2 levies for Nov. election The Wyandot County Board of Commissioners on Monday approved resolutions to allow two levies to be placed on the Nov. 8 general election ballot. The first was a temporary tax levy requested by the Wyandot County General Health District to help it with cash flow as a result of the state’s change in policy that causes delays in reimbursements to the health district, according to a release from the commissioners office. Former fair secretary charged with grand theft A former Wyandot County Fair Board secretary has been arraigned on a single charge of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court. New exhibits tell history of Wyandot Indians at Indian Mill Museum The Indian Mill Historical Site and Museum on CH 47 revealed several new exhibits during an open house ceremony Saturday afternoon.
