Art in the Park Antique Fair to be held at Harrison Smith

The Wyandot Arts Council will present Art in the Park and Antique Fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18 at Harrison Smith Park. Performing artists and times include Simple Gifts Dance Studio, 11 a.m. to noon; a student showcase from 12-1 p.m.; Fret Mashers from 1-2 p.m.; His Blank Canvas from 2:30-3:30 p.m.; and Blues Sea Jam Experience from 3:30-4 p.m. All performances will take place at the bandshell on the east side of the park.

Events slated in Findlay

FINDLAY — The Arts Partnership has announced its lineup for its 2016 signature summer events — Boogie on Main, Riverside Wine Festival and Rib-Off on Broadway — the largest annual fundraisers for The Arts Partnership with all proceeds benefitting the organization’s arts education programs.

City offers swimming lessons again

The city of Upper Sandusky is gearing up for another summer of swim lessons, with morning classes offered for different age groups in June and July. The swimming lessons are offered through support of local organizations and volunteers, as well as through financial support from the city of Upper Sandusky.

Matthew S. Mattix, Marion, was cited with operating a vehicle intoxicated, driving under suspension, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and wrongful entrustment after a crash in the early morning of May 7 on TH 67 in Marseilles Township.
