Authorities are investigating after a woman was found dead inside an Upper Sandusky home Thursday. Upper Sandusky police identified the woman as 39-year-old Carrie L. Thiel of Wharton.

CAREY — The village of Carey is working with the Carey LINK to line its downtown streets with recycling bins. Village council passed the first reading of an ordinance Monday to use money from the recycling fund to buy recycling bins to placed around town.
