Upper library considers ads for homebound book service The Upper Sandusky Community Library Board discussed advertising in the Wyandot County Council on Aging bimonthly newsletter in its meeting Thursday. Library Director Kathleen Whitt proposed the board could target the library’s homebound service, which delivers books, magazines, movies and other items with no late fees to area residents who have difficulty getting to the library on their own.
