Carey ends tax agreement with Cleveland CAREY — On Monday, Carey Village Councilors approved the final reading of an ordinance authorizing the village administrator and/or village mayor to send notice terminating the agreement with the Central Collection Agency, Division of Taxation, the central collection of municipal income tax between the city of Cleveland and the village of Carey.
