South School Parent Team raising funds for handicap-accessible playground equipment Handicap-accessible playground equipment will hopefully be coming to Upper Sandusky soon. South Elementary School is the only ranch-style school within city limits. Shrider, registrar of vital statistics at the Wyandot County Health Department, reports there were five births and 15 deaths in the county during September.
