Library adopts new conduct policy The Upper Sandusky Community Library Board passed a new code of conduct policy for visitors during its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday. Upper Sandusky Community Library Director Kathleen Whitt said the policy will protect the rights of all individuals who use the library, the rights of the employees, the safety of the users, employees and volunteers and help preserve library materials and property from harm.
