FOSTORIA — Reineke Ford Inc. of Fostoria recently celebrated 50 years of partnership with Ford Motor Company. On Aug. 24, 1967, Mr. William F. Reineke, Sr. was welcomed into the Ford Motor Company in Fostoria, and Reineke Ford has been selling new Ford vehicles since that date.

Upper Sandusky McDonald’s rolled out new ordering technology Monday that will allow customers to skip the line at the counter. Two new kiosks in the lobby allow up to four users at a time to customize and place orders and receive table service.

Beth Montgomery has been named the new assisted living director at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky. Montgomery recently completed the Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) and has passed the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrators Examination to earn the CEAL designation.

The Hancock Hardin Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission is offering a Micro Business Development program for local entrepreneurs. The program consists of thirteen sessions held from 5:45-8:45 p.m. on Thursdays beginning Sept. 28, 2017.

The Echocardiography Laboratories at Blanchard Valley Hospital (BVH) and Bluffton Hospital have been reaccredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). The BVH and Bluffton echo labs perform echocardiograms, a non-invasive test used to assess different areas of the heart and can detect heart disease or signs of serious conditions.
