TIFFIN — Pathways through Autism is an event designed for parents and educators to obtain information to help navigate through each stage of life on the road of autism. It is set for 5-7 p.m. April 7 at the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, 928 W. Market St., Tiffin.

Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church is partnering with Help Build Hope, a ministry of Cross Roads Missions in Louisville, Kentucky, to frame two houses to be used for Habitat for Humanity families. The house framings will take place at 8 a.m. April 2 in the Trinity UMC parking lot, located at 1086 Malabar Drive.

MARION — There will be a Community Good Friday Service with Harpster United Methodist Church, Morral UMC and Grand Parairie Baptist Church. The service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Grand Prarie Baptist Church, 4893 Marion-Upper Sandusky Road, Marion.

A zen coloring program for adults will be from 10 a.m. to noon and from 6-8 p.m. March 30 at the Dorcas Carey Public Library. All materials will be provided.

Local students finish internships FINDLAY — Local students from the University of Findlay are completing spring semester internships.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale students in second through sixth grades competed in the district’s Reading Olympics during the month of February. The medal winners were honored Wednesday at the school.

MARION — Buckeye Ridge Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization based in Marion, has plans to expand into Wyandot and Morrow counties and will host an informational breakfast meeting at 7 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church.

Allisa Gibson, of Carey, is the mother of a boy, Weston Jeremiah Gibson. He was born at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. The maternal grandparents are Kerry Hetzel, Attica, and Jeremy Gibson and Danielle Fletcher, Carey.

Kayla Treadway, of Upper Sandusky, and Trevor Cook, of Carey, are the parents of a boy, Brayven Bentley-Dean Cook. He was born at 9:24 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2016 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.

BUCYRUS — An auction of farm-related goods and vintage items is being planned for Sept. 10 to benefit Harvey One-Room School. The auction will be at the Harvey Homestead Barn, located at 1020 Caldwell Road, Bucyrus.
