CAC offering home energy help

FINDLAY — The Home Energy Assistance Program Winter Crisis Program was created to provide financial assistance one time per heating season to income-eligible households that are threatened with disconnection of their heating source, have service already disconnected, need to establish new service or transfer service or have less than a 25 percent supply of bulk fuel.

Public invited to join UF choir

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay Concert-Chorale, which includes students and community members, is recruiting choristers for its April 2 spring concert featuring Gabriel Faure’s pieces, including “Requiem.” An audition is required to join the group, but no preparation is necessary.

Night sky program slated

CRESTLINE — The Crawford Park District and the Lowe-Volk Astronomy Club will share their knowledge and telescope skills with those interested in the celestial sights during a night sky program at 6 p.m. Dec. 30 at Lowe-Volk Park, 2401 Ohio 598, Crestline.
