This program may provide a payment up to $300 toward a regulated or up to $500 toward an unregulated electric bill and/or a window air conditioner and/or a tower oscillating electric fan. HHWP CAC assists income-qualified customers who are age 60 and older or individuals with a documented medical condition signed by a licensed physician or registered nurse practitioner that would benefit from continued electric service, air conditioning or fan.
