Local high school students have the opportunity to compete for thousands of dollars in scholarships and a trip to Washington D.C.

CAREY — The Dorcas Carey Public Library is Upper’s Winter Fantasy of Lights 2017 charitable recipient. The library board learned of the designation in May following Fantasy’s board review and vote.
