HEAP summer program continues

The HHWP Community Action Commission’s HEAP 2018 Summer Crisis Program begins July 1 and continues through Aug. 31 or until funding and equipment are fully exhausted. This program can provide a payment of up to $300 toward a regulated or up to $500 toward an unregulated electric bill, a central unit air conditioning repair or a window air conditioner and a tower fan.

The following report was prepared and submitted by the Wyandot County Humane Society on July 30, 2018, and is correct as of that date. Pets reported as missing since the last report that have not been found include: Two grey tiger kittens, a black and white neutered male border collie-lab mix, a seven-week old Yorkie puppy, a grey calico cat, a female white cat with blue eyes, a white female cat with a little black on its head, a neutered male buff colored cat, and a female golden retriever.
