Speakers named for Old Mission

Old Mission Church speakers for this year have been announced. They are Chief Ted Roll, June 3; Jim Stauffer, Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church, June 10; Betsy Bowen, John Stewart United Methodist Church, June 17; Kathleen Shuck, First Evangelical Lutheran Church, June 24; and Jay Scott, Mud Church, July 1.

Sowers to share at Mohawk library

SYCAMORE — Kick off to Summer reading at the Mohawk Community Library will feature local country recording artist Eric Sowers at 6 p.m. Monday. Sowers, a native of Sycamore, will share his musical journey and some original music.

Storytellers to feature music during library event

All ages are invited to the Upper Sandusky Community Library at 2 p.m. Tuesday for the world music and storytelling of the Storytellers, Robert and Audrey Allison. The Allisons use musical instruments playing the Australian didgeridoo, Caribbean steel drum, Irish Bodhran and West African Balafone while sharing stories from around the world that teach positive moral values and character development with humor.

Living History Days this weekend

BUCYRUS — Living History Days is a yearly historical event celebrating Crawford County’s Revolutionary War connection. The Crawford Park District partners with our local reenactment group, Colonel Crawford’s Company, to put on this event Saturday and Sunday at Low-Volk Park, 2401 Ohio 598.
