Crawford Park District reveals summer events

CRESTLINE — The Crawford County Parks district recently announced upcoming summer events. Toddler Trot: Sticks and Stones is 6 p.m. July 23 at Lowe-Volk Park, 2401 Ohio 598. People say they’ll break your bones, but they are so much fun to play with. Join Josh and McKinley in using sticks and stones to construct anything the heart desires. Towers, shelters, fairy houses, with sticks and stones, the possibilities are endless. The program is for kids not quite old enough for school and younger.

Ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at noon Thursday on the Wyandot County Courthouse lawn for the recently completed Courthouse Corner project. Sponsors and project volunteers will be thanked publicly at the ceremony. The public is invited to the free event.
