Traffic may be restricted at times for work related to the installation of a traffic signal at the east U.S.23/U.S.30 and CH 330 interchange in Upper Sandusky. ODOT says work performed by Perram Electric is expected to continue through late November.

High expectations again

WILLARD — Upper Sandusky’s boys and Buckeye Central’s girls were picked to repeat as Northern 10 Athletic Conference basketball champions during a media vote Thursday evening in Willard. Winners of three straight N10 championships, the Rams, 19-4 overall and 15-1 in the N10 last year, garnered all eight first-place votes for a total of 360 points in the poll.

Recent high winds have already taken a toll on the beautiful autumn leaves in Upper Sandusky, and raking season has begun. The city will begin leaf pick-up soon and residents will eventually be asked to pile leaves at the edge of their property, but away from obstructions and curbs.
