Upper council considers sale of Waterworks Park Upper Sandusky City Council agreed on a minimum bid for the sale of Waterworks Park at its meeting Monday. The city has owned 12 of the acres of Waterworks Park since the early 1900s and it purchased 16 additional acres for $2,000 an acre in 1998. Read More

McLaughlin tops Ball for his 4th Match Game title in last 5 years With Roger Ball closing in on his lead late in the third game Sunday, Don McLaughlin showed why he has become Wyandot Lanes’ top bowler. McLaughlin converted a 2-4-10 split on the ninth frame to erase any chance of a Ball comeback in the championship of the Wyandot Match Game Invitational, and he went on to take a 662-607 series victory to win his fourth title in the last five years and his tournament-record fifth championship overall in the 34-year-old tournament.
