Young, age 51, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Heartland Rehabilitation of Bucyrus after a tremendously fought and courageous battle with scleroderma pulmonary hypertension disease. A gathering of family and friends is 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky. A CLC service is 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation or to the family of Jen Young to help with medical expenses. Memorials can be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S.
