Harvey Bowmer Posted on January 20, 2017 0 Harvey Bowmerage 80, Upper Sanduskyformerly of Marion Harvey C. Bowmer, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of Marion, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017 at Bridge Hospice Care Center of Findlay. He was 80. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home by the Upper Sandusky Color Guard. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 3-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
