Howell, age 69, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of Bucyrus, passed away at 3:48 a.m. Monday, October 16, 2017 at Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care, Upper Sandusky. A memorial service for Dennis E. Howell will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Bucyrus UMC Worship Center, Bucyrus. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Saturday in the worship center Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County or Bucyrus United Methodist Church and may be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S.
