She was 39. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, with the Rev. William Schultz officiating. Burial will follow at Wharton-Richland Union Cemetery, Wharton. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Carrie L. Richardson Thiel memorial fund in care of Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey OH 43316.
