Alvin F. “Al” Spoon Jr. Posted on November 19, 2016 0 FOREST — Alvin F. “Al” Spoon Jr., of Forest, died at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 16, 2016 at his residence. He was 72. A graveside service is at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hueston Cemetery, Forest, with the Rev. Rex Roth officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Forest-Jackson Public Library in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson St., Forest OH 45843.
