RR closures postponed Posted on October 17, 2016 0 CSX Railroad contacted The Daily Chief-Union late Friday afternoon to report the closures slated to begin last Monday did not occur. The planned closures were moved to the week of Oct. 24. Road closures are expected to be on CH 57, CH 47, CH 42, CH 4, TH 5, Elm Hill Road (TH 98), and Wyandot Avenue and Johnson and O’Donnell Streets in Upper Sandusky.
