Last chance to give to fireworks Posted on June 13, 2016 0 The Upper Sandusky Area Chamber of Commerce is soliciting donations for the annual Fourth of July fireworks display in the city. Upper Sandusky’s 2016 fireworks display is slated for July 2 at Upper Sandusky High School, with a rain date of July 3. The fireworks display is funded completely with donations from area individuals and businesses. Without community support, the fireworks display would cease, the chamber says. Checks may be made payable to the Upper Sandusky Area Chamber of Commerce, 108 E. Wyandot Ave., PO Box 223, Upper Sandusky OH 43351. Levels of donations include comet, anything less than $25; whistle stop, $25; star burst, $50; colossal star, $150; thundering salute, $250; and stars and stripes, $500. Donations must be received by Saturday.
