CSX road closures start Posted on October 11, 2016 0 CSX Railroad will resurface the roadway at several railroad crossings in Wyandot County this week. Road closures were set to begin Monday on CH 57, CH 47, CH 42, CH 4, TH 5 and Elm Hill Road (TH 98), as well as on Wyandot Avenue and Johnson and O’Donnell Streets in Upper Sandusky.
