Local construction Posted on September 29, 2015 0 Daily Chief-Union/Brennan Byrne Construction continued today on a sewer replacement project on South Eighth Street in front of South Elementary School, reducing traffic to one lane. Traffic also is reduced to one lane with a temporary traffic light on North Sandusky Avenue at U.S. 23/30.
