GOBA riders set up camp in Upper Posted on June 21, 2017 0 Hundreds of Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure riders set up a tent city Tuesday at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds in Upper Sandusky. They toured the city and sites like the Wyandot County courthouse, watched the Shawshank Redemption movie, took in local entertainment and eats, and spent the night before heading back out this morning on their bike ride across the state.
