Juanita Smith Posted on February 10, 2026 0 FOREST — Juanita Louise Smith, of Forest, died Feb. 8, 2026, at Promedica Hospital, Toledo. She was 78. She was born Nov. 9, 1947, in Akron to the late Henry Franklin Myers and Alvine Louise Fegan. She is survived by three children, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.. Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Clark Shields Funeral Home.
